Search artistically grows with the teachings of Katzumi Nagaoka, Armando Corsi and Gianni Martini. Thanks to which thirteen years he began to compose his own songs (music and lyrics). Parallel to the guitar he engages in the self-taught study of ethnic and ancient instruments. Among them: the Oud, the Lute and the Bouzouki, which became his favorite instrument.
Eliana has been experiencing italian traditional dances and music since 15 years. Several journeys to the South of Italy reawakened a particular interest about the musical rhythm connected to the ritual of Tarantism. She has learned “Pizzica Pizzica”, Tammurriata and other Tarantellas dancing with some of the most representative musicians and dancers of this sector. Eliana plays two traditional Italian tambourines (tamburello salentino and tammorra napoletana).

The Italian Fusion Festival is an event that will take place on the 8the of July 2018 in Dublin from 3 o’clock ‘til 11pm at The Grand Social, Liffey Street, Dublin 1 (beside the Ha’penny Bridge). The festival is organized by Radio Dublino, the only Italian language Irish Radio programme, running since 2013.
The festival aims at promoting cultural exchanges between Italy and Ireland through several bands based in Ireland whose music is the result of the collaboration between Irish and Italian musicians. All participating bands have performed on Radio Dublino shows and offer an exciting overview of the latest music trends in the Dublin scene.
The festival holistic line up spans from jazz, folk, trad, blues to rock music and will also showcase art performances and videos. To complement the event videos of italian videomakers living in Ireland and Italian artisan food will be available to delight the palate of music enthusiasts in an informal setting where we hope people will have an opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones.
